Summer Fun

We did alot of fun things this summer. We went to any different parties and get togethers. One of Kaesen's favorite words he would yell was Johna. One day we were at Olive Garden getting and talking about Johna then Kaesen started yelling at the top of his lungs Johna Johna.

At my aunt and uncles birthday party Kaesen loved to be with his great grandma and great grandpa. They sure do love him. Kaesen also enjoyed the cake dad and Uncle Marc was feeding him.

We bought a new tent to go to our family reunion. We set up the tent before hand in the backyard and actually tried to sleep in it but it was lighting. Kaesen loved playing in it.

Kaesen has so many toys and so funny when playing with them. We had a bookcase in the basement and had to get rid of it because Kaesen loved to open the doors and play in it. Also it was in the way of Kaesen playing space.

Also during the summer we would go to lunch with Johna and Grandma Hope. We would also visit Grandma Sue at work and she would give Kaesen rides around the store.

Kaesen one day wanted to swing so I put him in it and walked out of the room to get something and came back and he was sleeping.

Swimming Lessons- July 13, 2009

Me and Kaesen took the mom and me swimming lessons this summer. Kaesen loves the water and swimming. Kaesen was the youngest one in his class at 10 months old.

Kaesen has no fear of the water. He would put him whole head under the water all the time. He loves to float, kicks his legs, and jump off the side of the pool.

Kaesen's teacher was Jamie. She is very nice and fun to work with. We would sing songs that have to due with water. On the last day of class Kaesen received a card on what he did well at. His said going under water, kicking his legs, and blowing bubbles. Johna, Grandma Hope, and Grandma and Grandpa Bunker all came to one of Kaesen's swimming lessons to watch him. I am not a good swimmer but it looks him Kaesen is going to be.

Thanksgiving Point Farm--July 2009

Since Kaesen loves animals so much we decided to take Kaesen to the Thanksgiving Point Farm. He loved every minute of it. The baby cow was trying to eat Harlans shirt.

Kaesen was able to ride a horse while we were there. He liked it was first and just sat so good but it was going too slow and then he just wanted off.

Snow Cones

When I was pregnant with Kaesen towards the end of the pregnancy I loved snow cones. My cousin Julie would being me one when her and the girls would get one or we would have to make a trip for a tigers blood snow cone. So we decided to see if Kaesen liked them too. Knowing Kaesen that he loves all foods he loved the snow cone even tigers blood.

American Fork Canyon- July 5, 2009

Harlan decided after church that we would take a ride up the canyon and take the dog along with us. There were so many people up the canyon Nala didn't have alot of places to play in the water. Kaesen loves the dog and goes crazy when Nala is around. The water was so cold but we had to test the waters and Kaesen liked it too.

4th Of July - July 4, 2009

The 4th was a busy day for the Bunker Family. We did alot of cleaning up for a big BBQ. We had a BBQ and swimming party at our house. We filled two pools up in the morning so the water was warm for the party and had a slip-n-slide. One pool was only for the little kids to play in.

Kaesen loves to be in front of the camera so we got some cute pictures of him outside before the BBQ.

Watching Fireworks



We did alot of fireworks and then watched the Thanksgiving Point fireworks from our backyard. Kaesen loved the fireworks. He just sat there and watched the fireworks. He was very tried and fell asleep during the Thanksgiving Point fireworks. We had a great 4th of July and loved having our family and friends over for a BBQ and swim party. He had tons of good food, treats, and glow bracelets for all the kids.

Parade Time - June 27, 2009

Saturday was the main parade for the Lehi Round-Up Days. We decided to go to the parade about thirty minutes before it started. So we called Harold to make sure it was okay to park at his house.

There was alot of candy at the parade and Kaesen was able to have his first sucker. He sure did love it but he was messy.

Horse Parade - June 25, 2009

The sky was dark and the rain was coming. We decided to take Kaesen to the Lehi Round-Up Horse Parade. This is Kaesen first parade. He loved the parade and the horses. It did rain but Kaesen was able to stay dry by seating in his stroller. We went to the parade with Harold, Uncle Casey, Aunt Rachelle, Cole, Taylor, Porter, Aunt Sara, Isla, and Issak.

Kaesen loves to be with Taylor and Taylor loves him. Every time Kaesen sees her he has to get her and give her kisses. Sometimes he pulls her hair but I think she likes it.

Father's Day - June 21, 2009

This year was Harlan's first Father's Day. Harlan is such a wonderful father to Kaesen. He is always there for Kaesen and never wants to leave Kaesen. He is always doing something for Kaesen or with Kaesen. I am also grateful for my dad and Harlan's dad. They are such great men and grandpa's. Kaesen loves to be with his grandpa's. On Father's Day we had dinner at Harlan's parents and then we to my parents for a BBQ.

9 Month Check Up - June 16, 2009

Kaesen is now 9 Months old. I can't believe how fast my baby is growing. He is crawling everywhere, pulling himself up to everything, walking around things, and going up the stairs. He loves to make all kinds of noises. I am loving every moment of Kaesen. At Kaesen's check up everything went well. Kaesen weighs 20lbs 12oz and is 29 3/4in. long. Kaesen had to get his blood taken and had one shot. He did great but was getting a little tried after having to wait over an hour for the doctor.

Harlan's Special Day- June 14, 2009

Kaesen and I are so grateful for Harlan and all he does for us. He has done many things and changed many things in his life for us. We are so lucky to have him. Harlan was able to receive the Priesthood. Harlan's brother Casey was able to perform the blessing for him.

Great Grandma Bunker - June 10, 2009

Great Grandma Bunker has been sick and was in the hospital. We took Kaesen to see her. She was so excited to see him. She loves to see her grand kids. She is the sweetest lady and when we were going to leave she didn't want any of us to say goodbye but to say see you soon.

When Grandma got out of the hospital we went to visit her. She was able to watch Kaesen crawl all over her house.
